Full-Time AV Technician

Are you a relentless troubleshooter of technology equipment? Are you addicted to tech blogs that cover the latest AV products? We may be looking for you to join our team!

THE POSITION
We are searching for an AV Technician to join our team. This position will primarily involve field work including the installation, programming and troubleshooting of AV equipment, especially Control4 (so experience with Control4 is a huge plus). In addition, all of our technicians install premise cabling. Other work includes performing site evaluations while making recommendations to high level executives, and taking full ownership of jobs by entering technical records for clients and proactively managing client expectations and deadlines.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Ability to proactively and independently troubleshoot technology issues is a must. Some professional experience with AV troubleshooting is also crucial, and experience working with phone systems is a plus. Successful candidates have fantastic customer service skills, are well-spoken and clean cut. We are a high-end choice for our clients and this is a client facing position. This is a full-time position with benefits after 3 months (Health, Dental, 401(K), and educational funds), paid hourly. Compensation is dependent on experience.
