Sales Representative |
The Position: |
Primary responsibilities inlcude generating leads, initial consultation and assessment of technology needs for our clients. Also involved is the coordination and balancing of client deadlines with the schedules of our technicians. |
What We Are Looking For: |
Successful candidates will have a minimum 2 years of experience in sales, and some knowledge of the telecommunications industry is necessary, but more important is an eagerness to learn. We are a tight-knit company, and we rely heavily on the team mentality that our sales force exhibits to keep us growing. Ideal candidates are energetic and personable. Optimism and confidence are crucial in fitting into our group, as is a desire to learn. This is a full-time salaried position with additional one-time AND residual commissions, benefits (Health, Dental, 401(K), and educational funds). Compensation is dependent on experience. |
Cabling Technician |
The Position: |
This position will primarily involve field work including installing and repairing data and voice wiring systems, and programming. Other field work includes performing site evaluations while making recommendations, and documenting completion of installs by producing digital images, labels, and documented materials detailing work. In addition, some administrative tasks are expected including closing work orders and performing industry research in order to make development recommendations. |
What We Are Looking For: |
Ideal candidates are customer service oriented, energetic and personable. At least two years of experience with cabling is required. Experience with all types of cabling, including cat5e, cat6, cat3 and fiber, is preferred. This is a full-time position with benefits, paid hourly. Compensation is dependent on experience. |
Telecommunications/PBX Technician |
The Position: |
This position will primarily involve field work including the installation, programming and troubleshooting various telephone systems, and installing and repairing data and voice wiring systems. Other work includes performing site evaluations while making recommendations to high level executives, and taking full ownership of jobs by entering technical records for clients and proactively managing client expectations and deadlines. |
What We Are Looking For: |
Successful candidates will have a minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, and have familiarity with all aspects of the industry. Must have a strong background in Nortel, and proficiency in the installation and termination of cabling. Knowledge in Avaya and Cisco is a plus. Additionally, excellent customer service skills are a must. This is a full-time position with benefits (Health, Dental, 401(K), and educational funds), paid hourly. Compensation is dependent on experience. |
