In the event of a system-wide outage, call 212-741-0000, option 1 to page an emergency technician. If this is not a system-wide outage, please call back during normal business hours.

♦  Nortel and Avaya Telephone System Clients with a Valid Maintenance Agreement

In the event of a system-wide outage, call 212-741-0000, option 1 to page an emergency technician. If this is not a system-wide outage, or you do not currently have a valid maintenance contract, please call back during normal business hours and a live technical support person will be happy to assist you.

♦  Evercare IT and EverSpeed circuit clients:

In the event of a network down emergency, please call 212-741-0000, option 2 to page the on-call technician. The technician will address your request based upon the response times detailed in you Evercare agreement.

If this is not a system-wide outage, or you do not currently have a valid maintenance contract, please call back during normal business hours and a live technical person will be happy to assist you.
