Did you Know?

There is a Telephony Toolbar available for your Voipstream phone, that integrates with Outlook? (Available now for 2007, coming soon for 2010.)

The Telephony toolbar gives you access to powerful telephone features and a unique way to initiate and answer calls directly from your computer.

-Dial the number of a selected contact within Microsoft Outlook, or specify the number to dial.
-Pull customer caller ID for callers that are in your Outlook address book.
-Answer incoming calls, place them on hold, transfer and conference, directly from your computer.
-Access power phone features directly from the toolbar, including Remote Office, DND, Call Forward, and Sim Ring.
